About The Position

The Manager, Business Development plays a key role in expanding the reach, adoption, and impact of CRA Solutions’ products and services by identifying new opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with financial institutions, and supporting the growth of our community impact and compliance focused offerings. This role will report to the President & CEO, CRA Solutions & USI. This position is open to candidates located in the U.S., with a preference for candidates based in Washington, DC, Atlanta, and Sauk Centre, MN areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
  • Minimum 7 years’ professional experience and 3 years’ business development or sales experience — preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Knowledge of Community Reinvestment Act requirements or banking compliance+
  • Knowledge of the senior care industry+
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively with C-Suite level at financial institutions.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly as required.
  • Proficient in use of Salesforce software.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Supports pipeline development and opportunity tracking
  • Delivers defined business development workstreams and project outcomes with limited supervision; directly contributes to CRA Solutions’ revenue and growth goals.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Assist in planning and facilitating webinars, demos, campaigns, and partnership activities that drive awareness and engagement.
  • Recommend process improvements to strengthen prospecting, qualification, CRM utilization, and reporting.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and presentation to negotiation and closing.
  • In conjunction with Marketing, execute outreach campaigns, prospecting cadences, follow up activities, and early-stage sales engagement to drive strong pipeline performance.
  • Ensure seamless client experience through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Provide input into marketing collateral, campaigns, and presentations to support sales initiatives.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using Salesforce.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to leadership.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned/necessary.
