The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new group business opportunities for the property. This role focuses exclusively on prospecting and developing relationships with new clients and organizations that have not previously conducted business with the resort with its role dedicated to expanding the property's client base by identifying, engaging, and converting new organizations into first-time group customers. The position works closely with the Hotel Sales and Catering teams to transition newly secured business into the appropriate sales manager once a relationship is established.
