As a Manager, BDR at BambooHR, you won’t just lead an outbound team—you’ll shape the way we think about outbound strategy at BambooHR. You’ll lead and develop a team of Outbound Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to maximize top-of-funnel growth, while also designing and refining the frameworks that drive that success. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on building—someone who’s not only executing a playbook but also creating one. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to define how we identify, reach, and engage our ideal customers in meaningful ways.
