At NorthBay Health, the Manager of Business Development and Affiliate Network drives revenue and referral growth for NorthBay Health and its regional affiliates in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and economic drivers. Develops, strengthens, and retains high-value relationships with referring physicians, affiliated physician practices, regional employers, insurance brokers, FQHCs, academic partners, and community stakeholders to grow referrals, expand commercial enrollment, and increase market share. This role serves as a strategic growth leader and operational relationship manager, ensuring physician growth, preventing referral leakage, identifying areas for operations to improve access and referral workflows, and strengthening integration between affiliate practices and NorthBay Health hospitals, specialists, and service lines. The Manager partners with Marketing, Communications, Digital Strategy, Population Health, Managed Care, Clinical Leadership, and Practice Operations, ensuring outreach strategies are aligned with organizational priorities and long-term service line growth across Solano, Napa, and Yolo counties.
