About The Position

CompassCare is seeking a results-driven Business Development and Marketing Manager to drive referral growth and expand strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused professional with a proven track record in business development and marketing, preferably in home care or a related healthcare field. This role centers on building and managing high-value partnerships with advisors, networks, and institutions to position CompassCare as a leading provider of concierge non-medical home care in the tri-state area. Success is measured by referral growth and revenue generation. Founded in 2014, CompassCare is the premier provider of concierge level private-duty home care in the NY tri-state area. With a reputation for excellence and innovation, we provide highly personalized, top-tier non-medical companion care, enabling clients to maintain their independence and quality of life at home. Our approach is rooted in developing customized care plans for each client, thoughtfully and holistically addressing the complexities of aging. Requirements

  • Proven success in business development and marketing

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow referral sources
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships across healthcare and related industries
  • Execute marketing initiatives (social media, newsletters, events, webinars)
  • Represent CompassCare at industry and networking events
  • Track and report on KPIs, including referral and marketing performance
  • Maintain accurate documentation of outreach and business development activities in CRM
