About The Position

The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator plays a key role in elevating Tempe Mechanical's brand and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This role blends creative content development with proposal and business development support across the company.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, BD, or coordination.
Experience managing social media platforms.
Ability to capture high-quality photo/video content.
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Lightroom.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

Proposal/RFP experience is a plus.
Construction industry familiarity helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print channels
Coordinate content creation, including blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials
Manage and update company website and social media platforms
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports
Support event planning, trade shows, and promotional activities
Supporting research and potential clients, markets, and partnership opportunities.
Maintain and update CRM databases with leads and client interactions
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications with prospects
Support the sales team in lead generation and pipeline management
Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align strategies
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination
Ensure brand consistency across all communications
