The Manager, Business Development and Incubation will play a key role in the process of onboarding Channel Partners. In this role you will own the Incubation Program, supporting our newly launched third-party Channel Partners in a one-on-one capacity. These Channel Partners play an integral part of seller success and growth, making the Channel Partnerships team a significant part of the Marketplace ecosystem. You will be responsible for concurrently leading multiple Channel Partner accounts through the onboarding journey: activation, goal setting, performance analysis, and working to influence the adoption of optimal behaviors and best practices designed to promote accelerated growth and success. Developing Strategic Accounts - Building relationships with Channel Partners to influence adoption of optimal behaviors in a fast-paced and growing segment of Walmart’s Marketplace. Adopting Outcome Oriented Mindset – Relentlessly pursuing optimal outcomes for our customers and business partners with a strong focus on the “why” within your role. Building Strategic Relationships - Collaborating across cross-functional teams as we develop our strategy for onboarding large business for the Marketplace segment. Being a trusted advisor – Develop strong and trusting relationships with partners. Serve as the account “quarterback” – working across the organization to address pain points, solve issues and implement growth initiatives. Employ a “one team” approach to accomplish the goals of the business and drive negotiations from a “win-win” perspective that establishes credibility and trust with our partners and delivers consistently improved performance. Delivering against Incubation KPI’s – Influencing adoption of Marketplace best practices, launching accounts in high volume and on time, and positioning seller success for optimal GMV attribution. Autonomous Work: Take ownership and be responsible for management of the above and action with limited manager oversight.
