In this position… The Business Continuity and Crisis Management Manager will lead the strategic direction and operational execution of Ford's Business Continuity and Crisis Management program. This critical role involves overseeing the Business Continuity Program, ensuring the continuous readiness of crisis management plans, and driving initiatives to protect our assets, reputation, and operational integrity. You will work closely with Global Security senior leadership, global skill teams, and cross-functional partners to foster a robust culture of preparedness and effective response to all types of disruptions.
