About The Position

The Walmart Connect Sales Strategy and Enablement Team is looking for a dynamic Manager who is well-versed and passionate about digital advertising and e-commerce. You will help inform and influence the strategy for Walmart Connect's rapidly growing Sales team. This role demands strong analytical rigor to drive insights across Partnerships businesses, with a focus on Agency and Media partnerships.

Requirements

The ability to communicate findings and make recommendations for improvement clearly and effectively either via presentation or whitepaper.
The capability to model and simulate improvements to existing business processes, evaluate what-if scenarios, and conduct dry runs to identify and resolve gaps before implementation.
Aptitude for cross-functional collaboration across various teams, with a strong ability to multitask with a sense of urgency.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 4 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
At least 3 years of work experience in a role requiring analytical and strategic skills, such as business analyst, data analyst, consulting, or business development.
Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field, Project Management Certification, Six Sigma certification, Statistical Programming Language

Responsibilities

Provides data-driven analysis and insights to help support business strategies by evaluating ongoing analytical needs and collaborating with internal and external business partners.
Design presentations that craft a cohesive and compelling narrative, clearly communicating sales strategies, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to executive-level audiences.
Drives processes across different areas of the business to ensure efficiency and high quality output by establishing timelines, workflows, and requirements.
Presents expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
Demonstrates proficiency in pulling and analyzing data using SQL, including writing complex queries to extract, manipulate, and report data from various databases.
Exhibits the flexibility to support data-related needs across Walmart Connect's extensive and growing partner network.
