The Walmart Connect Sales Strategy and Enablement Team is seeking someone who is passionate about retail media, digital advertising, and e-commerce. The ideal candidate would have strong communication skills and the ability to build essential relationships across Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional partners. We are searching for a motivated self-starter with exceptional analytical skills dedicated to developing insights, reporting, and strategy recommendations to execute key against aggressive goals across a scaled Sales and Retail organization. In this role, you will be asked unique questions and investigate deep intel to provide actionable learnings to multiple layers of the organization. The ideal candidate will excel in analytical development, communication, modeling, strategy, process, and systems. Analysts should be comfortable with ambiguity, exhibit strong attention to detail, and be motivated by a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. In addition, this role requires the initiative to complete complex tasks and projects quickly and independently, respond promptly to situations requiring rapid turnaround, switch priorities on short notice, and take effective action.
