About The Position

The Manager, Brand Creative supports the development and execution of integrated creative strategy and planning across eCommerce, social (organic + paid), and bespoke activations. This role helps deliver high-impact drops and campaigns, ensuring creative consistency, operational efficiency, and brand alignment across consumer touchpoints. This role partners cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Performance Marketing, Publishing, and external agencies to support integrated campaigns, social initiatives, and key activations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in marketing, advertising, operations, or program management leading cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Support creative development, strategy planning, and production for Tier 1 projects and key launches
  • Coordinate with PM on site, CRM, and SEO asset planning aligned to brand hierarchy and consumer journey
  • Partner with licensors and brand teams on creative reviews and approvals for assigned projects
  • Track timelines, process milestones, asset needs, and cross-functional coordination
  • Support social strategy execution and creative cadence for Mattel Creations (12+ organic executions per month)
  • Coordinate development of paid performance concepts (up to 10 concepts/month and 60 executions)
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for social agency partners
  • Collaborate with Creative on platform-native execution and storytelling
  • Align with Brand and eCommerce teams on calendar planning and priorities
  • Gather insights and support campaign readouts and post-mortems
  • Support creative development, execution, and production for bespoke drops and integrated campaigns
  • Assist with partner engagement initiatives and activations (e.g., Revealed, holiday campaigns, SDCC, partner events)
  • Coordinate day-to-day workflow between agency, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support product asset execution for key tentpole moments
  • Support agency scope planning and resource coordination
  • Track budgets and production workflows across initiatives
  • Intake briefs, open jobs, and coordinate agency kickoffs
  • Manage publishing coordination and asset management processes
  • Ensure deliverables align with briefs, legal requirements, brand standards, and quality expectations
