The Brand Story & Creative team brings Zillow’s brand to life through human-centered storytelling. We shape how Zillow shows up in culture through campaigns, video, social, experiential moments, and executive narratives that resonate emotionally and endure beyond a single launch. We operate at the intersection of story craft and operational excellence, translating brand strategy into narratives that feel cohesive, intentional, and unmistakably Zillow. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Creative to lead a small but mighty team of creatives to the next level of greatness. This role has two core focuses: refining and expanding Zillow’s core brand story across all lines of business and audiences, and nurturing the creatives who bring that story to life so they can do the best work of their careers. This is a very hands-on leadership role. You’ll shape stories with writers and through your own pen, inspire experiential creatives to stay fresh and unexpected, dive deep into shoots and edits with our video team, collaborate with other creative leaders across the company, and partner with senior stakeholders to keep the work strategically grounded and impactful.
