Paleovalley and Wild Pastures is seeking an exceptional Creative Director to lead and shape the creative vision of our brands as we scale across direct-to-consumer, retail, and omnichannel distribution. This is a rare opportunity for a creative leader to help define the identity of a fast-growing national brand. The Creative Director will guide brand expression across every customer touchpoint — from marketing campaigns and digital experiences to packaging and retail presence. This role partners closely with executive leadership and marketing teams to ensure the brand shows up consistently and powerfully across DTC, retail, ecommerce, packaging, and marketing. We are looking for a visionary creative leader who can translate strategy into bold concepts, build a strong and enduring brand identity, and develop scalable creative systems that support paid acquisition, retention marketing, ecommerce, and retail growth. This is a leadership role that requires someone the executive team trusts to own the brand creatively end-to-end — delivering ideas and systems the entire organization can confidently build upon. The ideal candidate blends brand storytelling with performance marketing sensibility, ensuring creative both elevates the brand and drives measurable impact.
