What You’ll Do: Supports the day-to-day management of an F1 partnership, with responsibility for crafting, executing, and measuring key B2B and consumer marketing efforts. Takes on specialized roles or projects, including working with third party vendors and partner agencies to execute client programs. Support event logistics planning, implementation, and execution as applicable. Works creatively with client team members to develop decks and report materials. Coordinates client and company programs through various tools such as email, phone calls, and conference calls. Performs various tasks as needed by internal team members such as research, reports, daily updates, editing of materials, etc. Stays up to date on client product / service offering and is able to thoughtfully present to potential partners. Learns and manages client-facing project management systems and legal processes for the purposes of supporting the creation and approval of different project documents. Maintains positive relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
