About The Position

This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brand team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for all of Hilton's unique brands! As a Manager, Brand Performance Support (BPS) Hotel Ramp Support, you will support all of our hotel brands with the primary goal of helping newly opened or converted hotels achieve commercial performance goals. On the Brand Performance Support team reporting to the Senior Director of Full Service and Luxury Category Support, you will execute the overarching strategy and objectives of the core Ramp Support function of BPS by developing and managing Ramp-related programs, streamlining and enhancing resources and reporting and directly supporting hotels. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. What your day-to-day will be like: Provide incremental 1:1 support for Ramp hotels for select brands. Project manage initiatives to support improving the hotel Ramp Support process. Identify opportunities and drive efficiencies in Ramp Support across brand categories. Develop enterprise Ramp communications and support offerings (e.g. webinars, office hours). Streamline and manage internal Ramp reporting for BPS team to help identify performance issues and confirm program participation. Manage overall transition strategy and feedback loop with Openings team to ensure hotels are set up for success before opening. Coordinate and communicate across key Hilton commercial partners (Commercial, Sales, Hotel Level Marketing, etc.) to ensure the Ramp Support program is incorporating the most up to date information on Hilton's commercial tools, resources and programs. Provide updates to Owner Relations on Ramp Up status of key partner hotels and equip them with Ramp-related resources to make available to their key partners. How you will collaborate with others: Partner with the BPS Category support teams to optimize the support they provide for Ramp and identify cross-category efficiencies. Collaborate with Brand Resources & Support team to identify opportunities to enhance automated and self-service Ramp support. Partner with Analytics team to streamline and automate the monitoring, reporting and data gathering process for Ramp Support. Work closely with Openings to continuously optimize how to best support hotels and position them for success across their pre-opening and Ramp period. What projects you will take ownership of: Be the primary BPS Point of Contact for the Openings team and conducting assessment of pre-opening and Ramp-related performance drivers. Develop a new process for proactively monitoring and escalating hotels not meeting expected Ramp performance to Brand and Owner Relations partner teams. Build out hotel Ramp Support operating model between this role and BPS Category Support teams. Requirements

  • Four (4) years of professional work experience
  • Two (2) years of experience coaching others to influence measurable change
  • Two (2) years of experience creating and delivering presentations
