About The Position

The Client Solutions Manager , cultivates and sustain robust, strategic relationships with clients, representing Business Process Solutions (BPS) at client meetings and serving as the central hub for all client requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts Degree
  • Bachelor of Science Degree
  • 5 +years relationship management experience required.
  • 3+ years customer service experience required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interact with all levels of personnel including client level contacts.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Spreadsheet, Outlook)
  • Advanced experience with data entry software.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years business process solutions experience with a food manufacturer is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients, representing Business Process Solutions (BPS) at client meetings and serving as the central point for all client requests.
  • Primary Client Liaison: Act as the primary relationship manager for key clients, understanding and addressing their specific needs and expectations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate client information and requirements effectively within the BPS organization, collaborating with the Client Services team to meet client needs.
  • Comprehensive BPS Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of BPS systems, processes, and procedures, and know the appropriate contacts within the organization to facilitate client requests.
  • Smooth Client Transitions: Ensure a seamless transition for new clients as they move into the operational phase, providing support and guidance throughout the process.
  • Marketing and Education Support: Assist in the planning and ongoing needs for marketing, education, and awareness materials, including orientation planning and special campaigns.
  • Consistent Client Touchpoint: Present a single, consistent touchpoint to key clients, ensuring clear and reliable communication.
  • Client Support Base: Work to build a broad base of support within the client organization, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Business Development Contribution: Contribute to the development of new business by collaborating with Sales and Business Managers in relevant channels.
  • Relationship Maintenance: Maintain excellent working relationships with customers, clients, and co-workers, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Special Assignments: Perform special assignments for the company, branch, or department as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
