About The Position

Role Purpose:
This position will be responsible for managing billing for NBCU’s Digital properties high-profile advertising campaigns and system, finance reporting and system migration projects.

Requirements

• 4-5 years experience in leadership role.
• BA/BS 4-year degree in accounting, finance or economics from Accredited institution
• 3-5 years finance/accounting experience
• SAP experience required; familiar with finance functions & basic T-codes
• Ability to build reports independently and run queries when requested
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with OperativeOne
• Experience maintaining Power BI dashboards
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion
• Self-motivated with ability to thrive in demanding, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly energetic drive with a can-do attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent research, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving and analytical skills

Nice To Haves

• Media industry experience preferred
• Experience with Operative and Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Service and Sales Planners in meeting billing deadlines and resolving billing issues
• Meet monthly Finance close deadlines in reconciling and generating domestic and international billing for NBCU Digital Enterprises including Peacock and Bravo
• Process invoice adjustments (credit memos and rebills)
• Run weekly and month end reporting for Finance Ad Sales
• Run weekly quality control reports for the Billing team
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
• Serve as SME for Digital Billing Process and Systems
• Partner with leadership to ensure continuous process improvement while streamlining and building efficient & effective processes
• Contribute to system migration projects
• Perform root cause analysis on billing errors to resolve and for long-term process improvements
• Assist Collections team in billing resolutions and research of accounts
• Assist Finance leadership with assigned projects
