If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! Figma's IT team is looking for an AV Manager to help set the gold standard of AV and events for the company. Applying your expertise, you'll propose and implement improvements to our current facilities. Working alongside different teams, you will ensure the smooth execution of events and office builds globally. This is a full time role that can be held from our San Francisco Hub. The role will need to be in the office 3 days a week.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in audiovisual systems within a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage AV programs across multiple offices and time zones, including strong project management
  • Expertise with AV hardware and systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Q-Sys, Shure, Logitech, Neat)
  • Strong project management skills, including tracking progress, communicating risks, and delivering on timelines
  • Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and Asana

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting macOS environments and device management tools such as Jamf

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global AV program, including defining standards, monitoring system health, and building dashboards to track performance
  • Design, implement, and test AV solutions for conference rooms, training spaces, and event venues
  • Provide onsite and remote AV support across hub and satellite offices, including occasional travel
  • Partner with teams such as Executive, Communications, Workplace, and Engagement to deliver seamless AV experiences
  • Manage vendors and contractors supporting AV installations, office builds, and event production
  • Produce Figma’s bi-weekly All Hands in partnership with Internal Communications
  • Develop documentation and training materials to enable teams to effectively use AV systems
  • Own the AV budget, including forecasting, cost tracking, and vendor procurement
