Privé Salon is growing and seeking a leader for both Manager and Assistant Manager roles. Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest has a seamless experience from check-in to checkout
• Handle guest concerns with confidence and professionalism
• Support and elevate front desk operations
• Lead by example and help set the tone for culture, energy, and standards
• Communicate expectations clearly and consistently
• Support coaching, accountability, and team development
• Help manage daily salon flow, scheduling, and team support
• Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated salon environment
• Support systems, processes, and behind-the-scenes operations
• Support retail recommendations and guest education
• Help drive key metrics like prebooking, retention, and overall guest satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for improvement and take action
