Customer Renewals Executives demonstrate skills and knowledge in the area of renewal strategy, deal architecture, customer negotiation and internal navigation of commercial and legal teams. You will be hired to help client negotiate contracts and communicate internally regarding products which are going to be sunset or end of life. You will be empowered to know all internal process-related phases of renewals. You will be continuously equipped for success as a subject matter expert in commercial and revenue management principles that are key to SAP’s growth.
