About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Aseptic Technologies to lead and deploy aseptic technology platforms across GSK’s global manufacturing network. This role is pivotal in integrating new technologies and ensuring robust, modern, automated, and digitalized aseptic processes in close collaboration with R&D. You will play a key role in shaping the future of drug product manufacturing and ensuring sustainable business practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in process engineering, life sciences, or related fields such as biology, biomedical science, or pharmacy.
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • 3+ years' experience working in aseptic technologies.
  • Experience in technical project management and cross-functional collaboration position.

  • Master's degree in process engineering, life sciences, or related fields such as biology, biomedical science, or pharmacy.
  • Experience in problem-solving and project management capabilities.
  • Experience in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Languages - Fluent in English - B levels- English Independent User (B1/Intermediate English and B2/Upper-Intermediate) Basis in French/Italian or German language is a plus
  • Experience with compliance requirements, data analysis and IT tools.
  • Proven Track record in problem solving and global project management
  • Good skills in project management, change management and team/meeting facilitation
  • Trans-cultural experience and proven ability to work in a complex and multi-cultural environment

  • Excellent writing skills: Naturally practice and produce well structured (scientific, quality) documents. Writes in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement technical solutions aligned with platform strategy.
  • Support platform design and deployment, ensuring harmonization and quality across sites.
  • Co-develop secondary processes and provide technical expertise during process transfers from R&D to manufacturing.
  • Define strategies for new equipment and technologies, including benchmarking and validation.
  • Coordinate technical expertise networks and foster knowledge sharing internally and externally.
  • Lead or contribute to transversal projects and multidisciplinary workstreams.
  • Provide troubleshooting support and manage knowledge systems for future process ownership.
