Department OverviewThe Manager, Strategy and Alignment plays a critical role in strengthening how Global Impact connects, engages, communicates, and develops its teams. This role elevates existing people, culture, and communication efforts—bringing greater clarity, consistency, and focus to how priorities are shared and experienced across the organization. Partnering closely with the Global Impact Leadership Team and stakeholders across the function, this role translates strategy into meaningful team moments, clear actions, and effective communication channels. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, an enterprise mindset, and the confidence to recommend improvements—continually refining what exists while introducing new ideas that better serve Global Impact and the broader McDonald’s System. This role is well‑suited for someone who is proactive, thoughtful, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, while remaining deeply collaborative.
