Manager, AI Solutions
About The Position
Automus Consulting, Inc., in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Manager, AI Solutions to lead the development and delivery of AI-powered solutions. Individual will apply advanced theoretical knowledge of Computer Science principles and concepts, as well as experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, to perform the following duties: 1.) Lead the development and delivery of AI-powered solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, with primary focus on Oracle AI Agent Studio and enterprise agentic automation. 2.) Manage a distributed team of 4 AI consultants across US and India, overseeing project delivery, technical quality, and professional development. 3.) Design and architect intelligent agents that automate complex business processes across Supply Chain, Financials, and ERP domains for enterprise clients. 4.) Serve as the subject matter expert and client-facing advisor on Oracle's emerging AI capabilities, translating business requirements into production-ready agent solutions. 5.) Establish delivery methodologies, best practices, and reusable frameworks for AI agent development within the consulting practice. This position coordinates, delegates, and supervises the work of 4 other employees, including AI Consultants, but does NOT involve any management authority (i.e., hiring, termination, discipline, compensation, or performance reviews).
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Software Engineering, or any related field of study, plus at least one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained.
- Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Generative AI
- Oracle AI Agent Studio (design, development, deployment of production agents).
- Oracle Fusion Cloud functional knowledge across SCM, Financials, and/or ERP modules.
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for agent orchestration and system connectivity.
- Generative AI and Large Language Model application architecture.
- REST API design and integration patterns for enterprise systems.
- Agile delivery and sprint management for AI/ML projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading distributed/offshore technical teams.
- Demonstrated experience with client communication and executive stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
