About The Position

Their flagship product enables enterprises in industries like finance and insurance to deploy custom AI agents that automate complex workflows with transparency and accuracy. Requirements

  • 2–8 years of experience in solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, or similar roles
  • Strong proficiency in Python , including API integrations and data manipulation
  • Experience working with JSON, REST APIs, and webhooks
  • Background in both pre-sales (solutioning) and post-sales (implementation) work
  • Ability to handle ambiguous requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Strong communication skills with experience engaging enterprise stakeholders
  • Based in or willing to relocate to New York (hybrid role)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems or agent workflows
  • Background working with finance, insurance, or regulated industries
  • Experience in startup environments or high-growth companies
  • Strong product intuition and ability to influence product direction
  • Experience mentoring or leading small teams

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams to lead technical discovery, solution design, and proof-of-concepts (POCs)
  • Build and deploy AI agent workflows using Python and the company’s platform
  • Write custom code for API integrations, webhooks, and data pipelines
  • Own the full lifecycle of customer implementations, from pre-sales to post-sales delivery
  • Translate ambiguous customer requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap based on customer feedback
  • Balance hands-on coding (~65%) with client-facing work (~35%)
