The Manager, Agility Sales Development will lead a team of Agility Sales Development Representatives (ASDR) and Agility Market Development Representative (AMDR) dedicated to piloting and scaling innovative prospecting motions across segments and verticals. This leader must be skilled in both traditional SDR & MDR management (coaching, accountability, performance tracking) and in managing agile, iterative experimentation work-streams. In addition to owning pipeline creation and rep performance, this manager will partner closely with the Sr. Manager of Agility Sales Development to operationalize new go-to-market strategies, test emerging technologies, and capture learnings to inform global sales development innovation. The ideal candidate is energized by ambiguity, excited to lead reps through constant iteration, and passionate about developing early-career talent in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. This position is a people manager role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Agility Sales Development.
