To read more about what our tech team does, be sure to visit our tech blog at ally.tech We are seeking an experienced Manager, Agile & Technical Delivery Management to lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of complex software and technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, technical project management, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for driving project execution, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in technical project management, Agile delivery, or software development, PMP preferred.
3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist) are a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic alignment and governance of the Workday platform, ensuring integration with organizational goals and objectives
Manage key stakeholder relationships, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve platform KPIs
Serve as Relationship Owner to execute third-party risk management strategies, identifying, assessing, and mitigating vendor risks
Oversee onshore and offshore contractor teams, ensuring delivery of project commitments and compliance with company standards
Develop and implement training programs and community engagement initiatives to strengthen user proficiency and role-based collaboration
Orchestrate planning, coordination, and facilitation of monthly and quarterly business reviews within Corporate Technology, aligning stakeholders, fostering collaboration, and ensuring execution of strategic objectives
Lead and manage multiple Agile delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and release management.
Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define project scope, requirements, and priorities.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and remove impediments to ensure timely delivery.
Track and report on key delivery metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
