To read more about what our tech team does, be sure to visit our tech blog at ally.tech We are seeking an experienced Manager, Agile & Technical Delivery Management to lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of complex software and technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, technical project management, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for driving project execution, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. At this time, Ally will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, Agile delivery, or software development, PMP preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist) are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic alignment and governance of the Workday platform, ensuring integration with organizational goals and objectives
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve platform KPIs
  • Serve as Relationship Owner to execute third-party risk management strategies, identifying, assessing, and mitigating vendor risks
  • Oversee onshore and offshore contractor teams, ensuring delivery of project commitments and compliance with company standards
  • Develop and implement training programs and community engagement initiatives to strengthen user proficiency and role-based collaboration
  • Orchestrate planning, coordination, and facilitation of monthly and quarterly business reviews within Corporate Technology, aligning stakeholders, fostering collaboration, and ensuring execution of strategic objectives
  • Lead and manage multiple Agile delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and release management.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define project scope, requirements, and priorities.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and remove impediments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track and report on key delivery metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
