Role Description: As the Manager, Agile Delivery , you will lead, manage, and mentor a team of Agile Delivery professionals, including Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and/or Project Managers . You will play a key leadership role within the Portfolio Delivery leadership team, helping establish and maintain a consistent level of high-quality service delivery while advancing the overall quality and efficiency of value delivery across the organization . In this role, you will foster a positive, collaborative environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement. You will conduct performance reviews, set meaningful goals, and create development plans that empower your team members to grow in their careers . You will also help attract and onboard new talent, ensuring the team continues to evolve to meet business needs. You will serve as a champion of Agile best practices, establishing and optimizing frameworks such as SAFe and Kanban across multiple teams . By driving organizational change and supporting Agile transformation initiatives, you will elevate Agile maturity and strengthen cross-team collaboration.
