Role Description: As the Manager, Agile Delivery , you will lead, manage, and mentor a team of Agile Delivery professionals, including Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and/or Project Managers . You will play a key leadership role within the Portfolio Delivery leadership team, helping establish and maintain a consistent level of high-quality service delivery while advancing the overall quality and efficiency of value delivery across the organization . In this role, you will foster a positive, collaborative environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement. You will conduct performance reviews, set meaningful goals, and create development plans that empower your team members to grow in their careers . You will also help attract and onboard new talent, ensuring the team continues to evolve to meet business needs. You will serve as a champion of Agile best practices, establishing and optimizing frameworks such as SAFe and Kanban across multiple teams . By driving organizational change and supporting Agile transformation initiatives, you will elevate Agile maturity and strengthen cross-team collaboration. Acting as a key point of contact for senior leadership, you will provide metrics-based updates on performance and delivery outcomes while developing and implementing KPIs that measure team and portfolio success . Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or appropriate combination of education and experience is required; Master’s degree is preferred
  • 5 or more years of experience in Agile delivery, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing Agile teams
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and IT operations
  • Experience driving organizational change and Agile transformation initiatives
  • Advanced Agile certification such as SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Release Train Engineer, SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager, or Agile Certified Practitioner
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO
