The digital transformation includes upgrading our technology stack and augmenting our teams, developing new digital platforms, and integrating a best-in-class eCommerce operating model to deliver exceptional customer experience from design planning to order delivery. The digital services are based on to be improved data and process models and will be provided for all our customers in the US, Canada, and LATAM. Position Summary As an Agile Delivery Coach at USG, you will serve as a key enabler of Agile transformation and delivery excellence across our Customer Experience Digital Transformation (CXDT) initiative. This role will lead by example, combining hands-on Scrum Master duties with the broader perspective of an Agile Coach. This position will facilitate agile ceremonies, coach and mentor teams, and drive the implementation of scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe) to enhance collaboration, productivity, and business value. This position is highly visible and collaborative, engaging with cross-functional and global teams to foster a culture of high performance, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
