Carrier Global has a role open for an Order Management Manager to drive customer on-time-delivery for the Replacement Components business in North America. Partnering closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, the Manager will play a critical role in driving customer delivery assurance and delivering world-class customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in order management, customer fulfillment, supply chain management, or operations
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time during an 8–10 hour shift to maintain production flow
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

Nice To Haves

  • Masters degree
  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • SAP experience
  • Advanced degree or certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP)
  • Experience working in a customer facing role
  • Experience working with 3PL partners

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer on-time delivery metrics which are aligned with customer expectations.
  • Drive cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer service to manage escalations and priorities, driving execution with Operations.
  • Foster strong relationships to facilitate smooth communication between customers and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze data and regularly report on operational performance to executive management, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
