Job Summary This role manages an advertising operations team. It ensures digital and linear ad campaigns and creative are compliant and implemented in alignment with client expectations and internal standards. It leads technical implementation, testing, performance optimization, and reporting of advertisements across platforms. It drives workflow efficiency, operational quality, and cross-functional collaboration, while contributing to broader strategic and process improvement initiatives. May manage a team including exempt and non-exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies.
