Best Buy is seeking a data-driven and innovative Manager, Advertising Testing and Experimentation to lead the design, execution, and analysis of media experiments across our retail media network - both onsite and offsite. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement and innovation in media performance, helping shape the future of advertising at Best Buy and inform new ad products, experiences, formats, placements and more through a data-driven testing approach. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, marketing, media ops, and external partners to develop a robust experimentation roadmap, uncover actionable insights, and guide strategic decisions that enhance customer engagement and advertiser outcomes. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
