This position is the primary liaison between clients, internal creative/project management teams and external partners to meet goals and set expectations. The role is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project intake and workflow, coordinating internal and external resources and ensuring campaigns and projects are delivered on time, on budget and meet client expectation. This position plays a critical role in driving process improvements, operational efficiency and client satisfaction using proactive communication, organization and leadership.
