The Omni Services Analytics team is seeking a Manager, Advanced Analytics to own end-to-end analytics for a service line within Walmart's Omni Services portfolio, including areas such as protection plans, installation services, registries, and other add-on offerings. In this role, you will serve as the primary analytics partner for product directors and business leaders, translating business questions into data-driven insights that inform product strategy, feature prioritization, and operational decisions. You will design and execute experiments, analyze customer behavior across web, app, and in-store channels, and build measurement frameworks that support omni-channel experiences. Beyond business-line ownership, you will contribute to cross-service analytics initiatives, helping build shared data foundations and documentation that improve team efficiency and scalability. You will work in an environment that emphasizes reusable solutions, clear documentation, and building analytics capabilities that extend beyond individual projects.
