About The Position

Manager, Admissions Performance & Insights is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all KPI driven operations within the business development and admissions function. This role ensures integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of business development and admissions data, supports operational excellence, and drives continuous improvement through data-driven insights. The manager will manage reporting, quality assurance, staff performance insights, and process optimization, directly impacting the business development and admissions team’s effectiveness and the organization’s growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Analytics, Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement, data analysis, preferably in healthcare or admissions operations
  • Advanced skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, and Excel)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team development skills
  • Experience with performance management, coaching, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Project management/process improvement skills

  • Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience (ideally with some operational exposure)
