About The Position

The Manager, Administrative Services (MAS) builds, leads, and develops a team of administrative professionals within the organization. The manager implements and drives an overall strategic plan aligned to function and enterprise goals and oversee service quality and performance management of the administrative professional team. The role requires leadership experience, performance and project management skills, a strategic mindset, and partnership with stakeholders across the organization. The leader exhibits strong communication skills and the ability to influence and motivate with a focus on customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent work experience. required
  • 5+ years Prior team management experience preferred. required
  • Fosters stakeholder relationships, influences and aligns cross-functional priorities.
  • Analyzes problems, resolves conflicts, and balances competing priorities effectively.
  • Experience implementing and supporting change management processes.
  • Strong service orientation and sensitivity in responding to customer needs.
  • Experience with difficult and confidential situations.
  • Project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and develops administrative professional talent across the organization.
  • Builds, implements, and regularly updates hiring, onboarding, and training plans.
  • Oversees daily operations and team performance, ensuring service quality through metrics and issue resolution.
  • Collaborates with leaders and stakeholders to align administrative support with business needs.
  • Leads performance management processes in partnership with supported leaders.
  • Drives strategic initiatives to enhance the Administrative Services Function.
  • Develops and execute strategic plans aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Represents the administrative team to the broader leadership community.
