The company also operates AMC Studios, our in-house studio, production, and distribution operation behind acclaimed and fan-favorite originals including The Walking Dead Universe and the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, and AMC Networks International, our international programming business. We are currently seeking a Manager Ad Ops Sundance Linear to join our Commercial Sales & Revenue Operations , based in our New York, New York office .

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ Years Commercial Operations experience
  • Systematic linear ad trafficking
  • Proficient in the use of Outlook, Wide Orbit, Media Proxy, ECD, and multiple material delivery vendor software platforms. (ex: Extreme Reach)
  • Comfortable handling a very high volume of email messages in a timely fashion.
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple conflicting priorities simultaneously.
  • Clear, concise, specific communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Professional, flexible, and patient demeanor.
  • Available to work overtime as needed and handle emergencies after hours and on weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the placement of high-profile sponsorship elements on linear broadcast logs for Sundance.
  • Work closely with the Sundance Media Planning team on the seamless tailoring of all break formats and accurate timing of each broadcast program.
  • Liaise with Marketing, Pricing and Inventory, and Ad Sales teams to ensure correct program placement of sponsored elements.
  • Serve as point person for placement of all original programming elements on Sundance. Coordinate their review and approval across multiple departments.
  • Manages deliverables in partnership with Marketing to ensure all creatives are delivered by the deadline.
  • Maintain direct day-to-day communication with internal marketing and the media sponsorship teams to effectively implement media plans.
  • Contribute to new staff onboarding process by conducting a Commercial Operations introduction meeting.
  • Coordinate placement of PSA advertisements as directed by the Pricing and Inventory team.
