Job Summary Responsible for leading regional Sales Effectiveness and Enablement efforts that support Comcast Business frontline sellers and leaders across the Heartland Enterprise Team. Guides the development of skills, processes, systems adoption, and sales execution discipline to increase productivity and sales effectiveness. May manage a team including exempt and non-exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance on sales process, training, and sales methodologies. Develops processes and procedures to drive seller performance and operating consistency. Assists in development and meeting of departmental goals and performance standards.
