About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. As a paid intern, individuals will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable management skills, facing the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals. The program operates in a team-based environment with peer support. This specific role is located at the Disney Car Care branch in Orlando, 32830, and is part of a Summer Intern program running from May 29, 2026, to August 15th.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (part-time or full-time) or a master's degree program (part-time or full-time) with a graduation date no later than May 2027
  • Must be able to commit to a part time schedule from May 29th and end on August 15th
  • Minimum expectations of availability would be full time (40 hours) with 1 day of weekend availability is required (Saturday/Sunday)
  • Must have 3 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry) or Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations)
  • Must be willing to accept temporary employment for the internship period
  • Must be willing to work at the Disney Car Care or surrounding hotel locations
  • Must have a valid driver's license in with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction (ie, DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
