About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. As a paid intern, individuals will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable management skills, facing the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals. The program operates in a team-based environment with peer support. This specific role is located at the Disney Car Care branch in Orlando, 32830, and is part of a Summer Intern program running from May 29, 2026, to August 15th.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (part-time or full-time) or a master's degree program (part-time or full-time) with a graduation date no later than May 2027
Must be able to commit to a part time schedule from May 29th and end on August 15th
Minimum expectations of availability would be full time (40 hours) with 1 day of weekend availability is required (Saturday/Sunday)
Must have 3 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry) or Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations)
Must be willing to accept temporary employment for the internship period
Must be willing to work at the Disney Car Care or surrounding hotel locations
Must have a valid driver's license in with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
No drug or alcohol related conviction (ie, DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 5 years
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
