We are seeking an Operations Management Trainee Intern (MBA) to work directly with leadership and gain hands-on experience running a local service business. This is not a traditional internship—you will be embedded in daily operations, contributing to real business outcomes across service, installation, and customer experience. Internship Overview Timing: Summer 2026 (flexible start/end dates) Duration: Flexible (typically 8–12+ weeks) Location: Norwalk, CT (on-site) Commitment: Full-time (40+ hours/week) $18 - $26 an hour

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program
• Strong interest in operations, general management, or business leadership
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Analytical, proactive, and eager to take initiative

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to support day-to-day operations across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service lines
• Analyze key business metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
• Work alongside dispatch, technicians, and customer service to understand the full customer lifecycle
• Help improve customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational performance
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of frontline team members
