Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager with daily store operations
Assume full managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager is off-site
Assist with payroll processing and employee disciplinary actions
Dispatch and schedule road service calls in a timely manner
Supervise mount/dismount technicians to achieve and exceed monthly revenue goals
Monitor and manage overtime based on business needs
Ensure quality control on all service work performed
Oversee shipping and receiving of mounted tire and wheel reconditioning orders
Assist the sales team with scheduling incoming work
Submit service department payables for approval and processing
Oversee scrap tire disposal processing (OOSTA)
Assist with new hire orientation for store personnel
Schedule employee shifts effectively
Handle customer calls and resolve service-related issues
Additional responsibilities may arise as business needs change.
