About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students looking to build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. This paid internship offers the opportunity to learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals within a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. The position is located in Rockwall (75087) and Irving (75062).

Requirements

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2027
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (i.e. DWI/DUI)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles
• Take care of customers
• Develop marketing strategies
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers
• Complete intern projects
• Engage in friendly competition with peers
