Division: Management & Non-Union (MAN010) Band 3 Management in Training – Food & Beverage Primary Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outlet to ensure the quality and standard of product and service are being met. Assist in scheduling, supervising, training and counseling staff. Consistently review the restaurant’s profit and loss and focus on achieving set budget. Apply marketing promotion in the restaurant to boost monthly revenue. Create SOPs for additional standards necessary to improve the operation. Assume the responsibility of the Restaurant Manager in his/her absence.
