About The Position

The Four Seasons Hotel Boston is looking for a F&B Manager in Training who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The goal of the Program is to develop the Manager in Training (MIT) to an Assistant Manager position upon completion of the Program, subject to satisfactory performance. We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for guest service! Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards and learn the Sequence of Service is required. The ideal candidate will have flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as business requires, and will be an engaging force with an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request!
