This position supports the overall daily efficiency of the Housekeeping operation. Assists with inventory, ordering supplies, and monitoring expenditures. Acts as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of multiple departments including Engineering, Front Office and Laundry; helps identify training needs for Housekeeping staff. Runs room reports, prioritizes room cleaning, and updates status of departing guest rooms. This role has direct contact with internal and external guests so good communication skills are a necessity. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic, ability to multi-task and set priorities, solid communication and organizational skills, understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word and strong interpersonal and team player skills.
