Management Associate I
About The Position
Develops projections and analytical models related to new programs and joint ventures impacting resource teams. Serves as an analytical and technical liaison to internal leaders, leveraging advanced tools and healthcare data sources. Manages multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and performance under tight deadlines. Provides end-to-end project management support, including scope definition, timeline development, coordination of stakeholders, tracking deliverables, and ensuring on-time completion of multiple concurrent initiatives. Conducts market, competitor, and financial analyses to support workforce strategy, resource planning, and new operational initiatives. Prepares routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for divisional and enterprise stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in health administration, business, or finance preferred.
- 1 year of related experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collects, reviews and analyzes competitor data for system management.
- Provides programming support and personal computer expertise for the department as required.
- Prepares projections and analyses of joint ventures, new operations, capital expenses.
- Serves as liaison with outside consultants in related projects.
- Performs analytical reviews, research and other related duties as requested by management.
- Maintains adequate knowledge base of healthcare trends, reimbursement and related regulations.
- Maintains an adequate knowledge of state-of-the-art analytical tools such as microcomputer software and competitor data sources.
- Works under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
- Maintains a professional image and the confidentiality of all information.
- Manages several projects at one time
- Is a self-starter.
