About The Position

Join LexisNexis North America and collaborate with senior leaders on high-profile projects, including developing go-to-market strategies and M&A initiatives. LexisNexis North America is a key growth engine for the company, offering significant potential for your professional success. We’re seeking talented leaders to participate in our Executive Development Rotational Program. This structured two-year program features rotational assignments every six months, carefully selected to address key business challenges while aligning with participants’ interests and developmental goals. Participants will engage with critical issues impacting our organization and have the opportunity to explore potential career paths through direct, hands-on experience. Rotational areas include: Strategy Pricing Market Research Business Development Acquisitions and Integration Sales Channel Strategies Mentoring and Professional Development The LexisNexis culture fuels our vision, so we invest heavily in our people. Management Associates will be paired with C-suite mentors to develop their interests and capabilities. Upon completing the two-year rotational program, management associates will be supported in finding full-time positions with significant leadership roles within any LexisNexis business unit.

Requirements

  • Qualified candidates for the Management Associate position must be on track to obtain their professional degree (MBA, JD, PhD, or MD) prior to the start date.
  • Have experience working in a Business-to-Business technology or consulting environment.
  • Possess 5+ years of experience prior to graduation.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide thought leadership and influence others.
  • Be a natural problem solver, able to collaborate with your team to resolve issues.
  • Display solid analytical and quantitative skills to analyze and present data effectively.
  • Be highly motivated with solid business acumen and a drive to make an impact.

Nice To Haves

  • A background in Finance, Strategy, Digital Marketing, or Legal is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to address critical issues on a project basis.
  • Define project scope and objectives, and develop project plans and deliverables.
  • Analyze issues using appropriate frameworks and data, quantify financial impact, and manage process and timeline.
  • Coordinate with participants from across the organization to build a productive team.
  • Present conclusions, next steps, and detailed action plans, and obtain buy-in to proceed.
  • Support line management in implementing findings.
