The Fellow Program is an immersive management training experience designed for highly ambitious early-career professionals with 2+ years of work experience who are ready to operate at the center of a complex, purpose-driven organization. Fellows work directly with PMI U.S.’s senior leadership to help shape the business’s future. Over 18 to 24 months, Fellows gain deep exposure to strategy, leadership, culture, and execution across the enterprise. While not guaranteed, the goal post-program is to identify a permanent role in which program graduates can grow and flourish. This rotational program is designed to accelerate industry and professional leadership through meaningful project ownership across core areas of the PMI U.S. business. Strategic & Enterprise Level Understanding: Strategy development, leadership decision making, and enterprise execution, achieved by working directly with PMI U.S. senior leadership. Functional Skill Development & Capability Building: Writing, presentation, and communication excellence by producing materials, presentations, and messaging. Strategic thinking, decision making in ambiguity, and executional discipline, reinforced by independent work on enterprise critical assignments. Cross Functional Leadership Readiness Exposure to multiple senior management leaders through rotational assignments that address real strategic priorities. Handson ownership of critical bodies of work, preparing Fellows to transition directly into impactful permanent roles upon successful completion of the program. Comfort with complexity and enterpriselevel stakeholder management, supported by executive coaching. The Fellow will begin the program embedded with the Senior Vice President, leading the creation and implementation of a focused employer branding effort designed at engaging early career talent. This work includes: Designing and launching a scalable early-careers attraction strategy for summer interns and entry-level Territory Sales Managers Creating a national engagement cadence across selected college campuses and U.S. military bases Developing written and visual materials, presentations, and messaging Partnering with the Talent Acquisition and Communications teams Building playbooks, timelines, and metrics for long-term sustainability The Fellow will rotate to another senior management leader to support strategic priorities across the organization with core rotations in our Commercial, Operations and key infrastructure functions to gain a well-rounded perspective on our business.

Requirements

  • Age 21 or older at time of hire
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA Preferred)
  • 2+ years professional experience in CPG, FMCG, Retail, Media, Large Consulting Firm or other relevant industries
  • Exceptional communication and marketing instincts
  • Hyper-ambitious, detail-oriented, and adaptable
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
