About The Position

SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a highly motivated Management Analyst to provide analytical and administrative support for the Compatibility Test Facility (CTF) Business Operations at NSWCPD. The Management Analyst will support programmatic, financial, records management, and process improvement activities, ensuring contract compliance and efficient operations in support of Navy mission objectives. This Position is Contingent upon Contract Award to SkyBridge Tactical LLC

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in management analysis, business operations, or administrative support for DoD or Navy programs.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex government contract requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active DoW Secret Clearance
  • Ability to work on-site at NSWCPD in Philadelphia, PA.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as required by the contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Navy or DoD business operations contracts.
  • Familiarity with SeaPort-NxG, eCRAFT, and CDRL processes.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma, CPI).

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and support business operations, including financial management, records management, and quality assurance.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, schedules, cost estimates, and contract deliverables.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, including CDRLs, meeting agendas, and action item trackers.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare metrics and dashboard reports for government review.
  • Support configuration management, planned maintenance, and logistics documentation.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives and implementation of LEAN/CPI practices.
  • Coordinate with program staff and government stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
  • Ensure compliance with all security, OPSEC, CUI, and NNPI requirements.
