We are currently hiring for a dynamic and experienced Management Analyst II. Role Overview: The Management Analyst II provides advanced analytical and administrative support to program leadership. This role supports planning, reporting, and performance tracking across program activities.

  • Experience analyzing program data and preparing reports to support contract performance management
  • Ability to manage and track KPIs and contract deliverables
  • Experience supporting Integrated Program Reviews (IPRs) and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)
  • Familiarity with workforce utilization metrics and performance measurement
  • Knowledge of digital data management tools and reporting systems
  • Ability to identify and recommend process improvements
  • Experience supporting contract compliance and audit readiness
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field (preferred)
  • 5–7 years of experience in management analysis, program management support, or related roles
  • Prior experience supporting DoD or Federal Government contracts preferred
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
