About The Position

DT Professionals is seeking a Management Analyst II to join our team in Port Hueneme, CA. This role will provide program planning support, and interface with various NAVSEA entities.

Requirements

Active Secret Clearance.
Bachelors Degree in Business or a related technical field required.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role supporting DoD or NAVSEA programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, including development of management-level presentations and task tracking reports using government-provided data.
Experience maintaining and managing data within databases or information management systems, including tracking, updating, and archiving action items and technical data
Strong organizational skills with the ability to support program reviews, scheduling, meeting coordination, and planning efforts

Responsibilities

Identifying and analyzing engineering, technical, organizational, and administrative information related to Aegis project office staffing, training, and organization in response to sponsor and NAVSEA tasking.
Electronically maintain unclassified technical data within the Aegis project office Information Management System by tracking, maintaining, and archiving action item responses.
Prepare management-level and technical presentations, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) roll-ups, and Task Plan Sheet roll-ups, all utilizing data generated by the Government.
Additional support functions include supporting Customer Advocates and Technical Project Managers with day-to-day functions, assisting in program reviews, scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and supporting planning efforts.
The contractor will also be responsible for creating PowerPoint presentations, reviewing working sheets, performing quality assurance, managing databases, updating administrative task sheets, and providing NEPS support, which includes adding and updating scopes of work.
